Meet our experienced professionals:

Shelby Fulkerson, Owner

Shelby Fulkerson has worked as a successful real estate business professional for over a decade. Before founding Hub, LLC, she worked at CB Richard Ellis, a global leader in commercial real estate services. Shelby focused on large-scale residential projects, busted subdivisions and condominium developments, and distressed land and property sales.

In addition, Shelby has served as the Managing Director for Connektiv Communities, where she oversaw the project management, construction management, property management and sales of several loft condominium developments. She also served as the asset manager in charge of administering successful forbearance agreements for more than $10 million worth of assets.

Shelby also has extensive experience in:

  • Grant and housing project management

In 2009, she sold 35 units, leased 10 units, managed two condominium associations, and administered the construction and delivery of 19 units.

Prior to joining Connektiv Communities, Shelby was a successful residential real estate agent with Edward Surovell Realtors, where she closed more than 90 units with a total volume of $30 million.

Cassie Hannahs, Associate

Cassie Hannahs is fresh on the scene of real estate but her previous jobs have given her a sundry of experience in dealing with prospective clients and their needs.  Cassie graduated Cum Laude from Baker College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education.  In addition to her degree, she has completed and received her Michigan secondary teaching certificate and real estate license.

CIG Group, Inc., Project Coordinator (2011 -Present)

  • Acted as Program Management Owners Representative Firm as Project Coordinator on large Federally Funded Construction Grant Projects
  • Project Schedule and Phasing development and maintenance
  • Project Submittal review/compliance management change management and  administration
