Hub offers full service construction management from an Owners representative standpoint:

  • As a developer and construction/owners representative, we have a trained eye for value added repairs to maximize your asset’s value
  • Existing relationships with sub-contractors in all areas of construction
  • We provide the best pricing, value engineering, and coordinate the work being performed to guarantee it is done in the proper negotiated manner
  • We manage documents, contracts, and orders on behalf of the owner
    • The work is bid out and quoted, quotes will be evaluated, a recommendation made to the seller
    • After receiving an approval from the seller to proceed we will engage contractors on your behalf using the appropriate purchase order forms
    • A Purchaser Order (PO) will be issued and the PO will be signed off by both parties
    • We will schedule the work to be performed
    • A formal punchlist/review will be completed to ensure the work is satisfactory to the bank
    • Subcontractor invoice is submitted for payment (typical terms net 30)
