Sales Agent – Hub, LLC

Primary functions include:

  • Achieve targeted monthly sales goals through lead generation and related sales cycle functions
  • Prompt follow-up, follow through, and tracking on all prospects as defined by target agreements
  • Maintain accurate and organized construction and client files as well traffic activity reports
  • Complete required documents and communication within agreed upon target agreements
  • Uphold a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere and demeanor at all times
  • Showing/demonstration of model and related floorplans and understanding of standard amenities and upgrade options
  • Maintain excellent relationships with both client and purchaser throughout the entire building process through consistent and timely communication
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the model center where/when required
  • Proper and consistent use of all department systems and programs
  • Engage and cooperate with employees in other departments to maximize efficiencies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective buyers , the client and sales team at all times
  • Attend bi-weekly and monthly sales and marketing meetings as required
  • Other duties are required

  • Must be courteous, respectful and present a positive and professional image and attitude at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and capability to adapt and learn other programs as needed

Criteria:

  • Michigan real estate sales person license, broker’s license or willingness to obtain such real estate license within 45 days
  • Must have 1-3 years customer service, retail or sales experience,
  • Construction, development, and/or real estate experience helpful, but not required
  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license and own transportation
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule and work both nights and weekends as needed
  • Must provide own laptop, Microsoft office programs, and cell phone
