The future of Plymouth is slowly changing with the creation of more bars, restaurants, and retail in the area to attract more young couples intrigued by the quaintness and potential livelihood of the city. The developer was aware that this could be a good project as long as they were patient, residential market was slowing drastically.
The location was unparalleled -- just a few short blocks from Kellogg Park coupled with the feel and quietness of a residential neighborhood. The design included thoughtful planning of full height walls and private bedrooms and a classic design aided in not alienating the target markets.
Since it would be some time until the much needed model was available for this project, a CD-ROM and internet creation of a virtual design center and i-tours were vital. Clients would want to see and touch the real thing and for now this was as close as they could get.
