Infinity Homes was named one of metro Detroit’s Top 20 home builders by dbusiness in 2017. Since 2012, Infinity has sold improved and unimproved vacant land, with or without partial infrastructure in place, and has expanded from city central to outlying areas creating vibrant housing markets for new construction sales and leases.  Specializing in affordable, quality new construction homes and rental products in southeastern Michigan, Infinity builds a production home with upgrade options ranging from the $200,000 to $350,000. Infinity finishes out previously started or partially built subdivisions turning not only completed homes over to homeowners but completed subdivisions to previously distressed communities.  


Developing and implementing a process to handle increases in production and sales, as well as client communications, is key for building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders. Marketing to future prospects and past clients to build and maintain brand awareness has been key in sustaining and growing within such a competitive environment.


  • Successfully sold and closed out over 200+ homes, responsible for initial sales, closing process management, and client retention

  • Sold out new subdivisions within twelve months of inception

  • Developed sales/closing tracking process to ensure client was informed of progress and buyers were satisfied with deliverables


  • Work in conjunction with ownership to rebrand and introduce a marketing plan to reach the next level of competition. This included introducing new technology and marketing avenues for sale and lease communities, as well as internal corporate communications
